About your coach
I have experienced parental wounds. Rejection also inflicted its pain at different stages of my life. For a long time, my life felt empty, I felt lost and wanted to disappear. Well, I did disappear, and it showed in every way.
When my pain met purpose, a beautiful and powerful thing happened. So, first and foremost, I am called to this service. It’s not just business! The cost of this service has been high, but it was so that I could have the capacity to hold your heart with care and grace while leading you back to power.
My methodology is influenced by my spiritual pillars, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). All my services are tailor-made to honour individuals’ unique experiences and needs. I believe that my clients are more than capable and as a result, transformation is acquired through collaborating with them.
